Ariel T. Having previously served at the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office, her background in assisting victims of crime and championing justice in the City of Philadelphia uniquely informs her approach to representing injured workers in the challenging landscape of workers’ compensation.

Education

Ariel‘s academic journey is marked by a commitment to excellence. In May 2020, she graduated from Penn State University with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology – Movement Science, showcasing her deep understanding of the human body’s mechanics and functionality.

Building on this foundation, Ariel achieved her law degree with cum laude honors in May 2023 from Drexel University’s Thomas R. Kline School of Law. Her academic focus on Civil Litigation and Dispute Resolution underscores her proficiency in navigating the intricacies of workers’ compensation law.

Throughout her law school tenure, Ariel demonstrated leadership as the Lead Research Editor for Volume XV of the Law Review. Additionally, she honed her advocacy skills as a competing member of the Trial Team, achieving the status of a semi-finalist in the University of Florida’s National Trial Advocacy Tournament. These experiences have equipped Ariel with a robust skill set to effectively represent injured workers and secure favorable outcomes in workers’ compensation cases.
