Peter John Classetti has practiced and specialized in workers’ compensation law in Pennsylvania for nearly 35 years. In addition to those 35 years, Peter also practiced law in New Jersey from 1987-1991. He is a certified specialist in Pennsylvania workers’ compensation law by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, and he has lectured before professional groups in Law and Ethical matters. He has been named as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer® in the past and remains highly recognized for his experience and success in workers’ compensation law.

Peter taught for 20 years as an Adjunct Professor at various Pennsylvania universities, including Temple University, Eastern University, and Holy Family University, where he currently teaches Business Law and Law and Ethics to undergraduate and graduate students. Peter is also a member of the New Jersey and Pennsylvania Bar Associations and the Pennsylvania Association for Justice. He has been vigorously representing the interest of injured workers for almost 39 years. He is admitted to the Bar of Pennsylvania by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and to the Eastern District Court of Pennsylvania and the District Court of New Jersey.

Education

Peter is a 1972 Cum Laude graduate of the University of Pennsylvania. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Biology and a minor in Chemistry. In addition, he graduated from the Beasley School of Law at Temple University in 1984, Cum Laude, with a Juris Doctor degree.

Personal

Along with many impressive career and education achievements, Peter is an avid reader of History and Physics, speaks German, and has a black belt in Kenpo karate!
