When I was first injured I had very little hope of receiving a settlement. I found out that my employer carried no workers compensation insurance, and I had always been paid in cash so the company had no employment record of me. Despite these obstacles Mr. Cohen agreed to represent me and was able to get me a substantial settlement for my injuries through the Uninsured Employers Guarantee Fund. Competent, patient and friendly, Mr Cohen’s team was always available to answer any questions that I might have throughout the duration of my case. My texts and emails were always answered promptly.
