Cassidy R. Page is a dedicated attorney and zealous advocate committed to protecting the rights of injured workers within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Cassidy brings a wealth of experience to her role at Stern & Cohen.

Early Career

Prior to joining Stern & Cohen, Cassidy was an attorney at a Philadelphia-area firm, focused on representing injured individuals in catastrophic injury and wrongful death claims. She also worked at an insurance defense litigation firm in Philadelphia. An experienced and aggressive litigator, Cassidy has represented clients in complex cases throughout Pennsylvania and in both State and Federal Courts.

Education

Cassidy earned her law degree from the Pennsylvania State University. In law school, Cassidy was a member of the Willem C. Vis International Arbitration Moot Court team, an editor of the Journal of Law and International Affairs Blog, and a member of the Corporate Law Society. Cassidy graduated with a concentration in Advocacy and Litigation and a concentration in Corporate Law and Practice.

Cassidy graduated from Northern Illinois University with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing. During her four years, she was a member of the Varsity Women’s Soccer Team. Cassidy demonstrated her leadership as Team Captain two years in a row. Cassidy also achieved great academic success while managing the time demands of Division I collegiate athletics. During her time as a student-athlete, Cassidy earned MAC All-Academic Team honors and was named a MAC Presidential Award Winner.

As a women’s soccer student-athlete and captain, Cassidy developed resiliency, leadership skills, a strong work ethic, and oral advocacy skills. In law school, Cassidy refined these skills through her coursework, participation in the Vis Moot Court, JLIA blog, Corporate Law Society and through volunteer work. These skills, coupled with her passion for protecting the rights of injured individuals, are the foundation for her ability to effectively and successfully represent injured workers.

Personal

In her free time, Cassidy enjoys being outdoors, working out, playing with her Miniature Australian Shepherd and spending time with her family.
